Released in 1978, Cats Under The Stars is the first album to officially acknowledge the Jerry Garcia Band by name. Features original songs by the JGB's John Kahn, as well as a spate of Garcia-Hunter gems. This expanded, remastered edition adds seven previously unreleased tracks, including an alternate take of "Palm Sunday" and a rehearsal version of "Down Home."
